At Quayle Home Services, we are looking for caring, patient, energetic, and compassionate caregivers who are interested in enriching lives by empowering our adult clients with developmental disabilities. We need direct care providers giving non-medical in-home health care services.
Position Requisites:
Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- High school education
- At least two years of direct behavioral health-related experience within the organization or
- At least four years of behavioral health-related experience in an assisting living, behavioral health group and/or residential home,
- DD group or nursing home.
- A clean driving record and current Driver License
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- If you haven’t completed the required Direct Care Worker Training (DCW), we offer this training to our employees for FREE.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Driver License a plus, but not required
- Completes required training
- Participates in required supervision
- Ability to respond to emergencies
OTHER CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current with 1st Aid Training

Working Conditions: Equipment Operations:
- Able to use computer, fax, telephone
- Able to drive facility vehicle
- Standing on feet for long periods
- Ability to type
- Requires going in and out of the facility several times a day
- Physically, mentally and actively participate with the clients in indoor/outdoor activities such as gardening, seasonal outdoor activities, taking walks, community activities
