Quayle Home Care Inc. is an umbrella organization for services and initiatives focused on creating access, building independence, and strengthening communities.

Who We Are

Quayle Home Care is a community-based organization providing developmental disability services, residential and day supports, employment services, education, caregiver development, and community outreach. Led by Dr. Angela Bazemore Quaye and a dedicated team of care professionals, Quayle combines person-centered care with more than 20 years of combined experience in healthcare leadership, integrated behavioral health, disability services, workforce development, compliance, and community health.

Mission

Our mission is to improve accessibility and create pathways to independence for individuals with disabilities, refugees, people experiencing homelessness, and underserved communities. We provide person-centered support, housing assistance, education, employment services, healthcare navigation, and community-based programs that promote dignity, inclusion, stability, and meaningful participation in society.

Vision

Our vision is an inclusive society where every person—regardless of disability, housing status, cultural background, health condition, or economic circumstance—has equitable access to care, education, housing, employment, and the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, independence, and belonging.

Dr. Angela Bazemore Quaye’s Doctor of Behavioral Health work focused on accessibility and the successful integration of refugees and people experiencing homelessness into society and their local communities. Her research examined the healthcare, housing, employment, cultural, and social barriers that can prevent individuals from achieving stability and belonging. This foundation guides Quayle’s commitment to developing coordinated, culturally responsive, and community-based solutions.
